Welcome to www.legitprep.in (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including all online courses, study materials, and related content (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Legit Prep (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.
Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at legitprep.edu@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.
Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to create an account. Minors under 18 may use the Services only under the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.

Violation of this clause may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
All course materials, text, videos, images, software, and other content on the Site are the intellectual property of Legit Prep or its licensors. You may not use or distribute our materials for commercial or public use without written consent.
Payments: All purchases must be made through our approved payment gateways. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy: Refunds are allowed within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the course content has been accessed. In such cases, 95% of the fee will be refunded, and 5% will be deducted as administrative and payment processing charges. No refunds will be issued after 7 days or if more than 10% of the content has been accessed.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval. Legit Prep reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet these conditions.
By enrolling in Legit Prep courses, you agree that Legit Prep may publish your name, photograph, and exam results or achievements for advertising or promotional purposes across its website, social media, or other platforms. We will ensure such publication is limited to academic performance and will never disclose personal or financial data.
Use of the Services is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Your only remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for conduct detrimental to the learning environment.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
